    Outcomes

Our third year students came up with a total of eight campaign ideas that positioned print as a modern and environmentally responsible medium capable of real emotional and creative impact.

The campaigns were brought to life with high fidelity audio/visual mock-ups across a range of channels, such as, out of home posters, direct mail, social media influencers/posts, video and events. The campaigns were then professionally pitched to the SAPC team who highlighted two campaigns as exceptional.

The first campaign by Sam Shackleton and George Denney celebrated paper and SAPC’s range of printing techniques by creating a ‘Paper White Christmas’. The campaign gave billboards, retail spaces and local mail-outs that snowy feel by wrapping them in white paper that was beautifully printed, embossed and foiled with festive icons to celebrate print’s sensory and emotional qualities.

The second campaign ‘Print on the Spectrum’ by Amelie Alcorn and Tara Brewster spotlighted how inclusive print design can better serve neurodiverse audiences. The centrepiece was an interactive mini-zine delivered across Cornwall, using lenses, fonts, colours, and textures to reveal how print can enhance accessibility. Supported by research and local partnerships, the campaign extended to tactile billboards and social media, positioning SAPC as a forward-thinking print company that understands both innovation and inclusivity.
