From bold ideas to real-world change

We’ve broken down our process, so you know exactly what to expect when you work with us.

Our process:

Built for clarity.
Designed for change.

Step 1

Initial call

We learn about you and choose the level of engagement with students that best suits your project.

Step 2

Defining your challenges

We co-create the brief with you to clarify goals and focus creative effort where it matters most.

Step 3

Research insights and creative work

We supervise our students as they develop their research, creative strategy and campaign ideas.

Step 4

Presentations and feedback

Student teams present their work and get feedback – the most promising work is selected to take forward.

Step 5

Production and delivery

After two stages of amends we develop the final artwork in the right formats ready for launch.

Faculty-led. Student-powered.

Impact-focused

When you work with us, you’re investing in young talent in the south-west region.

Your investment directly provides paid, real-world work experience for students.

Academic expertise and research that shapes every project

Behavioural Economics

Changing habits and behaviours isn’t easy. That’s why we draw on decision-making psychology and use behavioural insights to develop campaigns that influence how people decide and act.

Social Research

We are experts in research and we use a range of methods and frameworks to develop an in-depth understanding of the audiences, issues and wider contexts behind each brief.

Some of our client partners

When we spoke to students in Falmouth about this, there were three clear asks - social change, support and increased security. Safer Cornwall is thrilled with Be.Good’s campaign that creatively tackles violence against women and girls.

Louise Knight
Implementation Lead – Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence, Cornwall Council

The students clearly listened carefully, carried out a substantial amount of work, and have come up with some great concepts.

Dr Rebecca Pearce
Research Fellow at University of Exeter

Working with both the Be.Good team and your students has been incredibly rewarding.

Beth Mayman
Operations Manager, St Austell Printing Company

This partnership provided a fantastic opportunity for us at the NHS to gain deeper insights into young people's perspectives on vaccinations and their approach to health communications. I hope this initiative marks the beginning of ongoing collaboration between Falmouth University and the NHS, paving the way for future projects and mutual learning.

Matt Rajczi
Communications and Engagement Manager for Vaccinations and Immunisations

It takes a special type of organisation to unlock the gold at the intersection of academia and application – Be.Good alongside Launchpad has done that exceptionally well.

David Fanner
Senior Consultant – Ogilvy Consulting

Be Good’s research report, campaign idea and panel discussion helped Ecover develop a truly innovative campaign in the category and start a much-needed cultural conversation about the environmental impact of over-washing clothes.

John Brown
Consultant

Young women should not feel threatened or intimidated when they go out at night. The campaign we worked on with Justyna moves the focus firmly away from victims of sexual harassment, abuse and assault. The burden shouldn’t fall on women to keep themselves safe, especially when going out at night.

Implementation Lead – Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence, Cornwall Council
